A small restaurant in a detached house located in a residential area 7 minutes walk from Kanazawa Station.
The ancient city of Kanazawa embodies each of the four seasons. We value the culture and history of Kanazawa and want our customers to enjoy the restaurant comfortably. We have a counter as the center of the restaurant with a sense of distance between customers and chefs, a realistic atmosphere, and seasonal dishes. The “quality” of ingredients delivered from fishing ports and farmers, with wood fired first thing in the morning.
The best parfaitance is achieved by combining the quality of the ingredients with the skill of the chef.
We would like to collaborate with Kanazawa’s traditional culture.

About Chef Norio Kawamoto

Born as the eldest son of a long-established kappo restaurant, he loves cooking and is full of curiosity.

He is a mischievous chef. He is a chef who has received a Michelin star, the Chevalier de l’Ordre des Services Agricoles from France, and 15.5 Goët-Millau for 5 consecutive years.

His cooking theory is

We are grateful, happy, and proud to be able to create cuisine in Kanazawa.
